Torrey is an avid woman's health advocate, right to safety, and protection. Torrey is a member of the SafeBAE board and is the representative and spokesperson for NHPCO. In addition, she is a vocal advocate for the rights of women to reproduce and spoke at Planned Parenthood's Bans Off Our Bodies virtual event at The Women's Convention in 2022 in addition to sharing her personal story of abortion as part of an exclusive interview in PEOPLE. Since 2013, she has been on a journey of vegetarianism and veganism. She has also been a staunch supporter of groups for animals, including PETA The Humane Society of the United States, IMAlive The Humane Society of the United States and PAWS adopting in Chicago.
